Prescribed debt

I have sent you several emails requesting that you provide me with a statement that shows I have made payment or payment arrangements or summons that were served to me in the last 3 years and two weeks later, still no response.<br> <br> Please if you cannot provide me with all this information, please remove all the negative information from my credit reports, because that will mean that the debt has prescribed.
