After an email send to you on the email you send to me no feedback received. Let me tell you this.
I'm going to take this further as Not even Standard Bank can provide me with statement.
What you can do now, since prescription applies, is
1) Inform the creditor that the debt has prescribed.
2) Inform them that you do not intend to sign anything or pay anything.
3) Inform them that if they issue summons, they must do so at your current address and you
will defend the summons based on prescription and ask for legal costs against them.
4) Also inform them that listing prescribed debt on a credit bureau is specifically prohibited by
the regulations to the National Credit Act and any attempt to list you will result in a
defamation of character claim against them

Please note between you or Standard bank i'm listed so i want this solved like in next week as the i'm going to log a complain at the credit bureau and the credit ombudsman.
Best regards,
