Prescribed Accounts

Can consultant from the department dealing with prescribed accounts give me a call and explain what is happening-Have since been waiting for letters.Logged my complain on the 2nd July till currently no assistance and from the call center i am advised that the accounts have prescribed and they have requested the letters but for how long.
