I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the way DMC management have handled my account and credit status. Despite paying off my account in full, They have refused to remove the debicheck and credit bureau listings that are negatively impacting my credit score.

It is unfair for me to be continuously penalized for a debt that has been settled. I have comp**** with all their requests and now I expect them to do the same. I had to suffer for the removal of the debicheck and credit bureau listings from my name immediately, as I no longer owe them any money.

I urge them to consider the impact this is having on my reputation and to rectify this situation promptly. I will not hesitate to take further action if necessary to protect my name and credit status. They can google me and not showing off thats me
