Poor Service

This company has the poorest service ever. I have been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks now. When you contact them every person that you speak to has a different story, no one can provide you with a proper answer. I sent an email to the legal department and up until today they still didnt respond. Whh must a client wait 2weeks for a refund. This is the poor service that you get when you must get money back from the company but when you owe them money then they are quick to blacklist you send you laywers letter and to threaten you but now that you must get money back from them it is a hassle. It is terrible that companies do this. First they wanted proof that I made certain payments on the account which I didnt have anymore. Really now people what ****. Give me my refund ans get it over with. Thursday I was told the refund will be paid in 24 hours but up to now nothing. Yesterday i had to send a proof of my account again for the ****en 100the time but still no refund. *** people. If it is such a ****en hassle to refund the client then why ****en contact the client to say there is a refund for the client. It is not like I. Contacted you. You contacted me. GIVE MY ****EN. REDUND AND GET IT OVER WITH.... 😡😡😡😡😡
