Poor Service and *****

Poor service given,

I have been getting phone calls in the last few months about my debt i have made 4 years ago.

Within this 4 years i have not received letters or emails or text messages. The alleged debt has prescribed. Unless you can proof otherwise, close my file and do not harass me again.

I had to send emails to them to check my status or account of which they could not get to anything days later i am liable but no letters or any confirmation "

If you have the proof please forward me the original contract of the loan or credit card proof of the date of default the handover amount and a breakdown of all cost and interest that has accrued since and also what i have paid when and how. Also send me a breakdown of the balance as stated by you i have a outstanding debt. I have never received any letters just threats in this last few months what happened to the 4 years where are those letters that you have sent i want all this proof.
