Poor service and don't keep up to their promise

I paid off my on the 21/10/2022 RCS account which was handled by DMC, however when i call RCS to update my profile on credit bureau i have been told that my account is no longer available on their side and been handled by DMC and they should update my account detail on their side with the credit bureaus, however none of that has happened
