Poor service

Not updating payments thats being made. I have been paying the outstanding debt I have with the arraignments I have made, however. You are not sending the info to the bureau and now it's affecting my credit score yet again, and making arrangements was the reason for trying to get my score from worst to better. Can someone please look into this, I have mailed my back statements to you to check that payments has been taken since july last year.
