Poor service

Dmc have being debiting money from my account for so long now I don't have any proof of the money I owe Barnett furniture shop as the claim or contract. Just want the to call me or send a proof that I'm owing Barnetts because the last time I went to Barnetts it was on year 2005. I have tried to send dmc email with no luck. I just need statement
