Please send my Settlement letter.

I settled my Sportcene account, which was handed over to DMC, in October 2024. I have since struggled with the company to provide me with a settlement letter. This is negatively impacting my credit life. I do not understand the kind of service we are getting from these companies; how could you demand a payment from me knowing very well that you will not meet your end of the deal? The arrangement here is for me to pay off the account and get the settlement letter. Even worse, my credit score has plummeted. Please rectify this before I take it to the Ombudsman.
