<p>on the 12th of june i confirmed with DMC that my account was paid in full and a request for paid in full letter was submitted. They told me 14 to 21 working days i will recive the letter via email. on the 10july which is 21 working day i called back to be told there was never a letter sumbitted for accout paid in full and was told today that i must wait now another 21 working days before i will get feed back.<br />this is unexcepetable!!!! Pathetic service </p>
