Pests who have no idea how to communicate with anyone with the slightest disability

I am chronically ill and disabled. I have also become hard of hearing. I get about 30 calls a day from this company for reasons I don’t know. I have asked them to email me with the issue only for them to continue to harass me whilst I am trying to sleep because of the symptoms of my illness. I have constant vibrating on my phone that I keep on me at all times in case of an emergency. They won’t give information, won’t email me and continue to harass me putting my health into further disarray. Enough is enough. I’ve blocked the hundreds of numbers they use and get every time I see a number with 054 I know it is them again!
