Persrcibe debt documetation

My debt to Standard Bank was prescribed a long time ago, I have been dubbed to agreeing to pay prescribed debt, . I have no record of the above attached to me from trans union and ITC. I am in the process of handing over this to my attorney Webber Wenzel . Please can you provide me the following documents asap to proceed action. According to standard bank legal, the file is closed and they have no dealing with the debt as this is prescribe debt and they are not reciveing money from my payment via DMC.<br> <br> o , the original contract, <br> o handover amount<br> o and a breakdown of all the costs<br> o Current balance<br> Proof of debt.<br>
