My Standard Bank personal loan was handed over to DMC for collection

And in November 2018 I was called by 1 of your collection agents to make arrangements and we agreed that because for the month of November it was after the 20th the date I get paid the arrangement will start on the 30th November 2018 and then after every 20th of each month.

And this never happened as the deduction continued to deduct on the last day of each month and in most cases there are no funds in my account, I called DMC a numerous times with no help or resolution to my query.

I referred the matter to a supervisor by the name of Xolani who promised to resolve the issued & get back to me and he never did!!! And on the second occasion I was promised to be contacted by another supervisor Pamela who also never came back at me.

But now I have been deducted twice on the month of July on the 15th & also on the 19th and I am confident that again on the last day of this month another deduction will go through.

I need someone who can assist me on this matter urgently because now I am really tired of this.
