Payment of Truworth account

<p>I had a balance out standing on my Truworths account ********** ********** of R590.47 and received a call from Nqowethu saying that she is calling from DMC and about my above account and the reason for her call is that i qualify for 75% on my account balance and would only pay a once off payment of R194.62 at the end of May 2016 and my account would be settled. She also confirmed thata settlement letter would be sent to me confirming that my account has been paid up. Ref no: DMC ********** 21 160527 NAEDO.</p> <p>I have made numerous calls to DMC and the last one i spoke to Natasha for her to send the confirmation letter and she informed me that it will be done.</p> <p>On Saturday i went to Truworths Stores and they printed a statement for me which shows that i still owe R590.47 on my account.</p> <p>i need confirmation on the payment that was made and a letter confirming that my account is paid up. they also need to inform Truworths Stores taht full payment was received.</p>
