Payment not updated with the bureau

I am paying DMC debt management every month. Yet on my credit profile it show that it still is in arrears. It's not being updated with the credit bureau. Yet when I never paid it was updated. How is this SIMPLE? Is this FAIR? Can you be TRUSTED?
