******* Payment collected from as a customer by DMC Debt Management

DMC has collected payment of R10000 from me ******* last year December on the 29th, after calling them to check what's the status of my debt since they took over from Sportscenes, they didn't advise me that my debt is prescribed therefore I am not longer liable as a customer to pay, instead they told me that my settlement is R10000.00, which I made payment with immediate as I needed my cleared from them, they sent me a settlement letter to arrange with Transunion to take out my from listing,,,,,when I called Transunion was told that I was not suppose to pay DMC as they prescribed my debt in October 2022, and the know that they not suppose to collect from me as a client is ******* 😢 😞 😕 therefore I called to request for my refund they taking me from pillar to post, in short 😢 anyone before processing or agreeing to DMC first check Transunion if your debit is not prescribed DMC Debt Management they are ****mers.
