Pathetic Service From DMC

DMC services are ridiculous! They are very slap dash! They have sent me a prescription letter without stating the account number! I've reached out to them countless of times to rectify it and all I get is the request has been sent through please contact us in 7 days if you haven't received anything... how many 7 days should I wait?!?!?
