Pathetic Service DMC - Rude Agents that puts the phone down on you

This Company has terrible agents and nobody can assist me. I have asked for the Team Leaders email address as they cannot give me his cell number or direct contact number. The email address i was given was *** and that comes up as invalid email address. They have my ID number listed for an amount of R9000 which i have no idea about. The "supposed helpful consultant" tells me she cannot assist me further with any paperwork or documents pertaining to this account which was opened up in 2009. If someone from DMC would please tell me what the hell is going on here i would be really grateful. i have spoken to 6 consultants and nobody can assist.
