PATHETIC SERVICE

I have called you guys numerous times to which I am continuously promised a callback from a TM which NEVER happens. I have spoken to consultant Phila in May & her TM Cebo and all communications stopped on the 10th of July from TM Cebo Sefika. On a recorded line both have confirmed that a small balance or no balance may be on an account of mine, I have sent all proof of payments for this account and STILL no one gets back to me. Why is this account listed on my ITC if your advisors and Tm's refuse to assist clients? Kindly REMOVE my name off ITC for this account if you will not help me further! I have called in and asked to be called back urgently, if thats not done I will be reporting you to the Ombudsmans as you are not complying to the Acts that govern South Africa!
