Pathetic service

Pathetic service, I have a capfin loan which I have made arrangements with DMC to pay however I was double-debited and when attempting to reach out to the customer care line, I spoke to a lady who was very rude and gave me no help in the matter of being double debited when requesting for a manager she disconnected the call, called DMC on *** spoke to another lady called cindy I think she is colored very rude and told me her system is offline. Worst customer service ever and I want a manager to call me ASAP.
