Pathetic incompetence

For the past 2 years I’ve been begging you to remove the ***** account under my name from my itc report but all I hear is stories. Home choice sent you proof over a year ago that this was a ***** account but it’s still showing on my report as a paid up account. I never opened a home choice account. My name was *****ent. What is it that I must do for you to do the right thing
