paid up letter they refusing to give me

i have called and emailed and talked to different agents on whatsApp promising to send my Paid up letter and i haven't got it still. right now i doubt they will remove my name from their system and my biggest fear is that they will take more money from my account like they did before without informing me first. DMC IS WORST **** EVER!!!
