Paid up letter

My Foschini account has been handed over to DMC, I settled the account in 3 monthly installments November,December 2021 and January 2022. The account seems to still be active on their side because each time I ask for a paid up letter I am told to make a payment. I sent them proof of payments and still get no feedback. I have asked for the managers numbers but no one is willing to assist. The worst service ever the don't even deserve this one star.
