Paid up Debt still not getting removed from ITC

<p>I had paid up a debt , with DMC , they are takign forever to send a letter to Experian to have my name removed from ITC 30 days is too long because when they wanted the money it didnt take 30 days to pay , When i call experian they say must contact dmc when i contact dmc they gave me the run around this is nto on has this is holding up my vehicle finance , which the offer only stands for 15 days days days have passed already. I have been fighting battles with dmc through the crdit ombudsman aswell this is so not on .I have a paid up letter but it not been taken of ITC i would like to know why ? </p>
