outstanding service and empathy...credit to Zanele

I would like to commend Zanele from the contact centre for DMC for her exceptional service, she managed to go over and beyond to assists me with the resolution of my query. she was cool, calm and collected and not once did she lose her cool with me, even though my request was outside of the norm.

she is extremely knowledgable and I believe she is a true asset to her organisation. I hope Zanele you are able to be rightfully rewarded for representing your brand with such pride and professionalism.

I hope you are recognised for your positive contribution in making my experience dealing with DMC such a pleasurable one.
