not updating my credit profile

I had made an arrangement with DMC to pay of an account that was handed to them by Foschini however i was told that once i start making payment my credit profile will be updated monthly after making 2 payments there was no updates on my credit profile. i phoned them back and the stuff was rude to me and was not helpful at all. im trying to pay of my debt and get a healthy credit profile once again how hard is it to update my profile if i dont get any assistance i will cancel my agreement. i need to sort my credit profile asap
