Not responding to e mail correspondence

Tried several times to get proof via e mail ,of an amount supposedly owed to virgin mobile which they are trying to collect from me. No response ......I had to pay the amount to get my credit application finalised and still they ignore me??? i need to get my name cleared ... Sadly Virgin Mobile following the same strategy.?.
