NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I had an account with Home Choice and I was handed over to DMC. I settled the Account in February 2020 and I also received the paid up letter from them. Now when I checked my ITCscore, Home Choice is still appearing and the account is active. I have been sending emails to DMC because Home Choice said they can not remove my name since the account was handed over and I have to contact DMC to do that. I have been doing that for the past two months and even today, they are still appearing on my credit score profile. Can someone PLEASE ASSIST regarding this problem.
