Not allocating funds, ****s

Now one phone call from dMC after an account has been handed over but they listed me arrears on credit bureau. I enquired self and made payment arrangements which they failed to debit. Then I paid the total owed in full via paymaster on their online platform a week ago. Still till this day nothing has been updated and now they are phoning me for payment arrangement.

This will definitely not be the end of it. I will take DMC further , from what I've read this far they are ****ming people , beats me how stores can sell debts to them and allow them to list on bureau but I will definitely report them to the FSCA board.
