No Statements & Debit Order

My complaint is that DMC were notified that am unemployed and drawing UIF. They put their debit orders through on my account despite being informed that I only receive payment 3 days after I have been in to sign. My unemployment amount is so little and of course their debit order bounces and when the funds are paid in its to cover the banks charges and other debit orders by people who actually listened to what I told them. DMC is creating a bad record for me with my bank and they are also not being paid because they refuse to listen. I have called them on numerous occasions, their phones just rings and eventually cuts out.<br> <br>
