No satisfaction

Looks like there staff does not know what they do in the call centre. Aswell as there information is not up to date. Try making an inquiry that is not at all help full. Account has been settled in full and they still sms you with money outstanding. This is unprofessional. It seems that are taking or trying to get money for accounts that is paid up to date
