No response to request for statements.

My ABSA loan account was handed over to DMC debt management last year. I have on numerous occasions contacted the call cenrte requesting latest statements and settlement amount on this account. Each time i am promised by the consultant that he/she would email / fax me these documents, but to no avail. I am ready to settle this account, but it seems that DMC does not want the money, in which case they should just write off the account from their books, as they are holding me back from clearing my credit record. <br> <br> Please contact me urgently, as emails does not get acknowledged.
