NO response received

I have emailed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] wanting to know how it is possible that I pay R400 a month since last year October I think yet my account is increasing instead of decreasing. The amount owed by me on *** is R2392.06 however this is now R3000 +?<br> I have requested statements from inception to date and asked why I am being charged interest but no one bothers to reply.<br> Like everyone else I don't appreciate being called at 6am in the morning and then still being charged for the call?<br> I DO NOT want anyone to call me, I have emailed the above addresses indicating that email be the communication medium.<br> I just want this to be over and done with.<br> Pls send me my statements and fix the mistake.<br> Pls respond via email, I have had one of thee worst experiences with your call centre and cannot understand why there is no walk in centre in cape town?<br> Extremely frustrated...
