No Response after Numeros Emails and Phone Calls

After paymemt was made on the account its eems like everyone disapeared, no updates on ITC and no confirmation of payment received or no statement after numerous emails sent to Quieries Clerk, Help Desk or any other Emails i could get ahold off. The phone number reflected on the sms and first statement does not exist, the numbers on the clerks emails just rings. I will let my bank reverse all transactions as I feel they are taking money and cant realy prove to me that it is going for the overdue account.
