No Response
I have requested a statement via e-mail 3 weeks ago and have had no response. According to me the account is setteld but keep getting sms's to say i have not paid. VERY ANNOYED!! I have all proof of payments to show all payments made. Please can someone E-MAIL me a statement and/or letter of account being closed and setteled. You are always so quick to request payment to be paid but offer no assistance when a simple statement if asked.
