NO HELP

<p>Early september i received a call from DMC , they said they are the collections agents , acting on behalf of Truworths, i have an account with truworths so they offered me a settlement , i did pay the account in 3 months now they are telling me that i did not make the proof of payment , i have the proof of payment and i faxed it to them.</p>
