NO FEEDBACK

I have an account that i have made arrangements to pay and i am paying on a monthly basis. DMC has listed this account on experian only as a Judgment. According to Experian all they require is an email from authorized companies to list a judgment they do not require judgment documentation. I find this to be very unsafe to us as consumers. When i contacted DMC them they stated that it is not a judgment and will get back to me. I sent an email on 25/03/2015 and to date i have not received feedback. this is reflecting negatively on my credit record in the mean time.
