Misinformation

I’m beyond upset right now, my credit score has gone down 16 points because it says I missed a payment with you guys. I’m working alone at home and I can only afford what I’m paying but I definitely didn’t miss a payment. I need you to rectify this because it affects the only job I got!!!!!
