Loss

I've had a loan with Capitec which was handed over to DMC, I paid them 3000 every month, but came lock down I was put off from work and asked them to put it on hold or could I apply for holiday payment. No one got back to me, they kept deducting. Thereafter I got a call from ADRs advising DMC handed me I er to them. Stra ge thing in the same week DMC called for a payment... I examined my situation and they just dropped the call. All those moneys I paid was for nothing, my interest is now back and I'm back to square 1 with the same amount.
