loan settled in 2011

Seriously ? this is rediculous I settled my loan the very same month I got it. Only to receive a call from DMC 4 yours later requested me to make a payment arrangement on a loan I settled, I forwarded them Proof of payment on the 14.09.2015. Im still awaiting feedback after i was told they will get back to me in 5 working days. I do not want to leave the matter unresolved as they may call me again down the line for payment on a settled loan. I am now listed due to this.Please can this matter be resolved and have my name cleared. Steps to take this matter further are in place should it not be resolved. you are hassling people for money that is not yours.
