Listing to be removed

<p>I remember being approached by a guy at my home address who said he is from DMC and that I owed Absa bank money, I told him that I have contacted thenk and they confiremd my account is closed, he told me according to the infomation he had it is not closed, he also said that I still owed an amount of 9900 and I need to sign this page while he logs a dispute with Absa and I never heard anything of him again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now see that I have been listed by them for account- ********** 3.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think this company has no right trying to recover debt older then 3 years. They have confirmed that Absa sold the acount to them which I think is a load of nonsense as Absa themselves could not even confirm that. I want this account closed on my ITC asap. I emailed them the proof of payment for the settlement amount they have given me and I am receiving no response from their legal email address as well as the agent I emailed, I will not be waiting around for them to close this account off, I want it done as a matter of urgency because I feel this was ilegal of them wanting to recover old DEBT in the first place.</p> <p>DMC, please remove this debt management account you have listed me with and please work on your client service call centre, teach them how to liaise and deal with clients professionally.
