Listing for prescribed debt
I am amazed that DMC listed me as being in arrears on ITC for prescribed debt.Trying to contact them via their website is fruitless.Why set up a contact system,when messages cannot go through.Sending mails requesting letter goes unanswered.Clearly this company do not have ethics or business acumen.Chatting on line is no help at all,not only do consultants cut you off,but they never call back as promised.This company is only interested in taking money by any means possible, even if it goes against Consumer Protection Act.I will be listing official complaint with NCR and Ombudsman within 24 hours and expose this company for ********* business practices.

17 Oct 2017, 11:26Immediately after this review i received a phone call from Nosiphiwo ,very helpful .We discussed the situation and was I was given e mail addresses.Surprisingly I received a call immediately after mail was sent.I was informed,by same person,that because I listed the company on Hello Peter,it will take a couple of days for their legal department to come back to me.I perceived this as a threat and unnecessary delaying tactic,had I not listed listed here I would have been helped immediately.Another case of bullying the small guy.DMC have just motivated me to start using social media and lodge complaints with relevant statutory bodies.
