Listed on ITC as judgement with out summons

The company DMC has listed my sisters old standing account as judgement with out following necessary protocol for me that is against the law and the CPA , the account was with Blakes and Associates they handed the account to DMC . The amount to settle is R6000 we requested R3000 as settlement cos my sister is unemployed and can only afford the R3000.00 . We also want a letter to submit to ITC or they must remove the judgement as they had no right to list with out speaking to us and making arrangement in the first place. <br> Xolani advised us that he will speak to higher authority about the R3000 settlement and off set the other half , he does not call back we called and spoke to sipho yesterday he said Xolani stated we will pay R3000 and have a balance of R3000 because he gave us a R4000 discount of R10 000 which is not the right amount as we paid this account for a long time before it went into arrears , it had a small amount left to pay this is all the lawyers unnecessary cost for some one who is willing to pay. and unemployed . Please remove the name off Judgement and also give us the settlement amount we was promised can be done.
