Listed for two prescribed accounts written off

I recently pulled my credit reports. I have found that I have two DMC accounts. One for RCS and one for Homechoice. Both accounts are prescribed debt. Contacted homechoice and the debt is written off. I was retrenched three years ago and the debt is written off/prescribed yet DMC has listed this on my ITC profiles. You have until end of business today to remove this from my ITC records other I will take the matter further, report you and go to the media.
