Lack of professionalism

I was called by their consultant t negotiate payments for my truworths account, I was given options to choose from in order to pay my debts I choose the 2 months installment of which I was told about a discount in order for to qualify for it I have to agree to pay R2086,10 for 2 months. I agreed to it I paid end of and end of August I waited for 7 days then I tried to communicate with them but I couldn't get through so I made a query for my paid up letter still no response from them until I called again. I was told about an outstanding balance of R1600 and I asked how come because we never discussed that so how did that amount come about I was told that they will make a query for me and I have to wait for 7 to 14 days. I sticked to my agreement with them but now they're giving me run around and telling me about things they never mentioned to me. Am heartbroken because they're the ones who called me but now am struggling to get what's due to me
