ITC not updated for months after making payment.

I have settled all my accounts with DMC and Markams but my ITC has not been updated, I also received a receive a paid-up letter but this has not been updated on my Markams on the ITC . It's really sad that one has to go to Helopeter and complain to her things done, I was receiving non stop calls to pay up, I've done that but not my name is not being cleared up on ITC. I've sent countless emails to DMC since earlier this year this is still not done. I also see that your reviews on this site are very bad. You guys need to do what's right to avoid so many complaints from clients
