ITC Clearance

Due to not working for a long time I was unable to pay my Sports scene account for a long time.<br> However immediately after getting a job in October 2014, I called Sports scene who diverted me to DMC to check how much I owe.<br> <br> I was then given a payment discount to settle my account once and for all, A settlement of R1,500. which I did immediately the next day. This was late November. On the 01st Decemebr 2014 I received my settlement letter from DMC.<br> <br> However this year late November early December I wanted to buy a car, and to my shock the Sports scene account still reflected on ITC with an amount of R652.00, This made my credit scoring very low. <br> <br> I then called DMC and spoke to one of their agents enquiring why they have not cleared my name on ITC, I was then told with an attitude that I needed to call ITC and request for my latest report and send it to DMC who will then do something about it.<br> <br> I was in awe as I believe this is DMC's duty to make sure that every client who has settled their account their name is also cleared for purposes of their credit scoring. The lack of assistance in this matter is schocking. They are quick to put people on ITC .<br> <br> Lucia Mokone
