Is this company even legal?

Good Day,<br> <br> What a bad experience I have had with DMC today. I have been listed by African bank for debt that has prescribed. I then get a trace alert on ITC from DMC, when I call them to find out what it is for, they say I have an African Bank account which needs to be paid! I asked them when I signed a contract with them and they could not give me an answer...I then asked what the amount was and they tell me that its not reflecting on their system. I was then told that they would log a call and an \African bank Agent from DMC"would be in contact soon. How does that happen? This account has prescribed and I would appreciate if you could treat it as such! Stop tempering with my ITC record as I have never signed a contract with you! That in itself is *******!
