IS IT FNB OR dmc fault

May i get clarification regarding my account with you, according to Lucinda Mentoor your agent she assured me this morning that my account is settled with fnb,yet yesterday fnb contacted me and told me that DMC miscalculated, I still owe fnb,why cant these 2 originations tie up their investigation and give me a comprehensive report because right now all the DMC agents are giving me different information every day of which they are contradicting themselves,I need serious intervention
